STAGELIGHT offers high-quality instruction in Voice, Dance & Drama!

An exciting 6-month adaptation of Driftwood Dance Academy’s most popular summer camp, the Stagelight Musical Theatre Troupe gives young performers (ages 7–15) the chance to train, rehearse, and create together. The journey culminates in a series of performances in February — a true celebration of teamwork, creativity, and star power!

Weekly Rehearsals: WED 6:00-8:30pm & SAT 12:30-3:00pm

Program Start Date: Wednesday, September 16th, 2026

Program Ending: February of 2027

Throughout the program, performers develop skills in acting, singing, and dance while also contributing creatively to elements of storytelling, character development, and staging. Rehearsals are active, engaging, and focused on building confidence and strong stage technique in a supportive, performance-driven environment.

All experience levels are welcome. We celebrate diversity within the ensemble and are committed to finding roles and performance opportunities that suit each student’s individual comfort level, strengths, and developing skills.

Classes run twice weekly from September through February, allowing students to grow their material steadily over time and work toward a fully realized production experience.

The season culminates in a professionally staged performance at Presentation House Theatre (exact date to be confirmed). Tickets will be sold closer to the performance date, and multiple shows will be included during show week. This gives families and friends several opportunities to experience the production.
